LGV & HGV are the same. HGV - Heavy Goods Vehicles has changed to LGV - Large Goods Vehicles.

Arrangements have been made by Boston LGV Training to have medicals at reduced rates across various locations. Please phone to find out your nearest centre.

A days training with two trainees usually starts at 7.30am and finishes at 4.30pm with refreshment breaks. Generally, trainees take between five and seven days training on average, with the driving test at the end of the course.

A full B license (car) before you can start learning.

Book a course with Boston LGV Training

Book and take your LGV medical. Send your medical form D4 and drviving licence application form D2 to DVLA Swansea.

Study and book your theory test on the DSA website.

Once passed, arrange your course dates and times, with your practical test on the last day of the couse.
